1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Quenelle, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Quenelle is a personal dining assistant that helps you discover and secure restaurant reservations. We act as an intermediary and do not guarantee availability at any particular restaurant.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using Quenelle, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of Quenelle may require a paid subscription. Payment terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Auto-Book Feature (Resy)

Quenelle offers an optional “Auto-Book” feature that, when enabled by you, allows the service to automatically book reservations on Resy on your behalf using your Resy account credentials. This feature is strictly opt-in and is not enabled by default.

Please read carefully before enabling Auto-Book: This feature may conflict with Resy’s Terms of Service. By enabling Auto-Book, you acknowledge and agree that (a) you have independently reviewed Resy’s Terms of Service and accept any risk associated with using automated tools on their platform; (b) Resy may, at its sole discretion, suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Resy account as a result of activity associated with this feature; and (c) you assume full and sole responsibility for any and all consequences arising from your decision to enable and use Auto-Book, including but not limited to loss of access to your Resy account or any reservations held through it.

If an Auto-Book request falls within a restaurant’s cancellation policy window (typically 24–48 hours before the reservation), you will be prompted to explicitly confirm that you wish to proceed. By confirming, you acknowledge that you may be subject to cancellation fees charged directly to your Resy account, and you assume full liability for any such fees. Quenelle has no responsibility for cancellation fees incurred as a result of an Auto-Book confirmation.

Some restaurants require a prepaid deposit or charge a per-person fee at the time of booking. By enabling Auto-Book for a restaurant with such a policy, you authorize Quenelle to complete the booking on your behalf, including any associated charges billed through your Resy account. You accept full financial responsibility for all prepaid costs and deposits. Quenelle does not cover, reimburse, or refund any reservation deposits or prepaid charges incurred through Auto-Book.

Quenelle makes no representation that the Auto-Book feature is permitted under Resy’s Terms of Service. You enable this feature entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

Quenelle is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Without limiting the foregoing, Quenelle expressly disclaims all liability for any consequences arising from your use of the Auto-Book feature, including but not limited to the suspension, restriction, or termination of your Resy account, loss of existing reservations, cancellation fees, prepaid reservation deposits, per-person charges, or any other action taken by Resy against your account. By enabling Auto-Book, you agree that Quenelle shall have no liability whatsoever for any such consequences, and you waive any and all claims against Quenelle related to your use of that feature.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
